About the house

Empowering Potential Housing lists six recovery residences with the Recovery Residence Association of San Diego: men's houses on Tooley Street (southeastern San Diego), Angwin Drive and Fermi Avenue (Kearny Mesa area) and Watwood (Lemon Grove), and women's houses on Benson Avenue and Eldon Court. All rooms are shared.

The houses accept transition-age youth, justice-involved residents, LGBTQ+ residents and veterans. RRASD lists fees from $700 to $1,200 a month depending on the house.
